The All Wall System–a stay in place concrete form used to build homes and
commercial buildings. The All Wall System is used instead of Concrete Block
construction, Tilt Up Construction, Wood Framing, Metal Framing and Styrofoam
block construction.
Uniqueness
Because of “All Wall” a home that requires Load Bearing Concrete walls can now
be built by one carpenter and as many laborers as you want to meet project time
schedules. The walls of a 3,000 SF home can easily be constructed in a few
days.
Real Life example:
The walls of a 4,000 SF home in New Orleans were installed with 3 men in 4 working days.
With one semi-carpenter and 8 laborers the walls of this ‘high-end’home can easily be built in 2 working days.
The principal object of this Patented Invention was:
To provide a method of constructing a building component that is used to build concrete walls with unskilled labor.
Benefits of All Wall that makes it different from the other load bearing wall products on the market:
It is easy to install because it is light
weight and requires no special fasteners The panels
fasten together with concrete. The concrete is placed into the form once it
is erected on the
slab, or stem wall, at the job site.
It makes a concrete wall that is totally code
compliant. The plans do not take special
engineers to design the home, you can use the same architects, or engineers
that you have
been using.
It has high insulation properties (reduced electric bill)
It has high thermal mass properties because the
interior of the walls are concrete. (reduced

It has structural qualities, exceed standard block construction
It is a fire resistant structure, by code it has a 2 hour fire rating, is non-combustible and non-flammable (standard concrete block homes do not meet this safety criteria)
It requires minimum pesticide applications (better for allergy and asthma patients)
It creates one of the best sealed envelopes as the concrete fills the walls from the floor up to the top of the wall. (better for allergy and asthma patients)
It is low cost. For comparison with block you
have to add together the costs of blocks, furring strips, insulation to bring
the wall to approximately R-37, drywall boards (interior) and the first coat
of stucco (Exterior) and the savings of 2-4 weeks of construction interest
funding.
Additional qualities of the All Wall System are:
It eliminates the construction waste (as caused by the use of concrete blocks such as the additional ten percent builders normally order for breakage as well as the added waste when window and door openings are not eliminated from estimates) Broward County has already filed with the State it’s notices for benefits from using All Wall.
It reduces construction site clean-up costs that are typically caused by block, stucco, furring, tie beam and column work.
It provides a construction method that eliminates the need to supply additional materials to form tie beams and columns, as well as the need for furring and field installed insulation, as referenced above.
It provides a construction method that allows the finishing materials to be applied directly to the wall surface with quick and easy methods and materials. (The EXTERIOR finishes with Stucco and paint, or alternate exteriors such as siding and synthetic stucco. The INTERIOR needs only drywall tape and mud, then paint. DRYWALL boards are NOT necessary)
It provides a construction method that makes the subcontractors, that follow, jobs easier, creating a flawless transition with no additional training, just awareness.
It provides a method which permits pre-fabrication using optimum material assembled under plant controlled conditions at minimum costs.
It provides a method for producing a panel building component which will not shrink, swell, or warp out of its designed shape, and will be unaffected by climatic changes, rot, or vermin.
It provides a method of building a load bearing wall assembly which can be safely executed by two workman without need of heavy equipment

Proposal
We are seeking people/builders that want to build homes in their current building areas, i.e. City and County. This is taking us a long time because of our lack of funding. The company is seeking funds to finance the operations, R & D, and rollout of the targeted niche. One Million Dollars per State is required to build enough models in high growth areas to get the exposure and to create the COMFORT to the local builders that All Wall is established enough in their area for them to start buying the product. In Florida there are over 15 growth areas. There are currently 20 states as ready as Florida for this product. Mass marketing will cost less. Any amount of states/growth areas can easily be marketed at the same time, dependent on the funding available though we feel that $5 Million will best serve the growth of All Wall Company, Inc. because we have pending sales in 5 states that have already involved extensive marketing that has gained many favorable project managers appreciation of the All Wall Eco-Home.
Timetable:
The All Wall System is presently ready for market.
Market methods:
1.) We educate new home buyers on All Wall with one-on-one meetings. This is
how the homes we have supplied panels for have been procured. We have 100%
acceptance of our system when we have one on one meetings with the new home
buyers. Our home customers have come thru the non-profit business “Institute
for Sustainable Development ”in Sarasota by their licensed sales company
Eco-Smart, Inc., Sarasota.
2.) We have been introducing All Wall to Developers/Builders for six years and
have found that they will change from their “comfortable”standard of
construction when we supply the All Wall System and include installation.
Installation in the field takes supervisors and managers. This is being
achieved by the owner of this company.
3.) We have extensive information on our web site. Any engineer in the world
can use the “Data Sheet” to compare the strength required of the homes walls
they are designing to the strength provided by All Wall. This information is

Distribution methods:

The tools to Manufacture costs less than $1,000.00 (One Thousand Dollars) compared to a concrete block plant or Styrofoam block plant for $1.2-$2 Million per plant.
Training a carpenter to Fabricate the panels takes less than one day.
