BUT, THEY'LL SELL YOU THEIR HOME, SMILE AT YOU THE WHOLE TIME, AND MAKE UP LIES ABOUT METHODS OF CONSTRUCTION THEY ARE NOT USING, AND WOULD HAVE TO BE USING TO GIVE YOU THE BEST HOME. EXACTLY LIKE THE MOST CROOKED CAR SALESMAN YOU HAVE EVER DEALT WITH.
GET THE HOME TESTED, it will be the Best $200-300 you have every spent.

Here are the major points to help you with getting the Best Home you can build.
(1) Ignore everyone except yourself, and
(2) Rely on the testing of homes built the way I tell you to build it.
(3) Get the home Energy Tested - BEFORE you buy it.

When their is 3rd party testing that PROVES the homes built are PERFORMING as Best can be Obtained (for a home that has windows, doors, and that you walk in to) you can ignore comments on things like thermal transmissivity and heat transfer, not continuous insulation, even thermal mass facts that All Wall utilizes to yield such low energy bills, and other ignorant (which is a lack of knowledge on the part of the persons making the comments) statements.
Example: IF you put 10 gallons in a car and you go 400 miles and then put 10 gallons in the car and it fills up the tank, then and only then, does your car get 40 miles to the gallon.
This applies to homes to!! It is this simple.

TESTED HOME: 93.2 HERS per 2002 rating methods. [Newest method of HERS ratings has changed the scale to the amount of Energy used as a percentage of the National Average, thus this rating number is about 27 now.] (This is of the highest in Florida) [and also the highest you can get and actually use the home. You know, open the door to get in and let the heat in/out at a rate 20 times more than the homes energy design allows.]
The E-ratio, for State Energy comparisons, is 0.43, which means this home is expected to be 57% more efficient than code.

All Wall is not a block. All Wall is a panel that is the Height of the wall and the Width up to 4' wide,
so it can be INSTALLED by HAND. Just like the picture above is showing.

The Tie beam (Not Shown in these two pieces) is part of the panels form and does not require additional forming. The rebar per code is further from the top of the tie beam making a 12" deep Tie beam stronger than a 12" beam in concrete block construction. See the top left picture, in the group of pictures at the beginning of this page above to see the tie beam. This will help you to realize the strength of All Wall.
Panels are connected to each other by the concrete hardening and interlocking with the C-Studs to make an unbreakable connection.
Rebar is doweled from the slab, or epoxied into, the slab and has a bend at the top within the tie beam area at the top of the panel. (max. 4' spacing) This creates a Tie Column from the slab to the tie beam that consists of (A) a vertical rebar, (B) 2-Structural C-Studs facing each other and (C) Concrete.
-----This column formed is now 5 times stronger than a filled cell w/ rebar, ---
as in concrete block construction.
